Order Confirmation: For online orders, a unique order confirmation number is generated. Upon successful completion of your online order, you will receive an email containing comprehensive order details.

Payment Failures: Payment failures can occur for various reasons. Unable to Retry Payment or No Payment Failure Email: To avoid duplicate orders, we recommend refraining from reordering. Order Modifications and Cancellations: Once an order is successfully placed, we are unable to accommodate further changes, including shipping method upgrades or quantity adjustments. Please note that DANCAPU cannot assume responsibility for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided.

Delivery Information:

Tracking Your Order: Your order has been meticulously prepared and dispatched from DANCAPU's warehouse. Soon, you can expect to receive an email update from us, including a Tracking Number for your parcel. Please allow approximately 72 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Delivery Options and Estimated Shipping Times:

  • U.S. and Canada: 8 – 25 working days
  • Europe and U.K: 15 – 30 working days

Please note that delivery times may be extended during sale periods, holidays, and unexpected events such as extreme weather conditions. Deliveries are processed on weekdays, with the exception of public holidays.

Public Holidays and Delivery: On public holidays, our warehouse and courier partner are closed. While we strive to fulfill orders promptly, we appreciate your understanding that orders will be processed and shipped on the next working day during public holidays.
